December Documentation | The Supplies

I mentioned last week that every year, I buy supplies for a December album, but I never actually get very far. This means I have a lot of really awesome, pretty supplies saved up from Decembers past. And I’m SO excited to use as much as I can this year!

\The paper products\ Last year, I bought the gorgeous Kelly Purkey December Kit. It’s not available again this year, but she did put together a gorgeous kit for Simon Says Stamp this year. Echo Park always has a really cute Christmas collection– I like the digital files from Jessica Sprague. I might have also fallen in love with the cards from Gossamer Blue’s December Memories kit. I’ve also stuck some super old school Love, Elsie papers in there too.
\The embellishments\ (I’m planning on going a bit crazy with stamps this year. It’s my new obsession!) From the top, clockwise: Stampabilities Pigment Pads, Studio Calico Holiday Frames, letter stickers from American Crafts and Stampablities (I also snagged some AWESOME kraft and gold letter stickers from Target this week! Can’t wait to share those!), Heidi Swap Gold Color Shine, Kal Barteski for Studio Calico stamps, flat reindeer ornaments from Dollar Tree, and gold doilies, flair, and stamps from Kelly Purkey’s 2012 December Kit (her 2013 kit from Simon Says Stamp can be found here.)
\The album base\ I plan on containing all of these goodies and memories in a green SNAP binder, with a lot of the extra 3×4 inserts. I haven’t been able to wrap my mind around how I want my cover to look, so I haven’t even STARTED that. While that’s very unusual for me (I usually START with the cover!) I’m ready to roll with it and see how this album evolves.
\The digi supplies\ I’m constantly picking up digi supplies that I love, and I know I will continue to as the season goes on! Some of my favorites right now include One Little Bird’s Evergreen kit and Holly Jolly bundle from In A Creative Bubble.
\The plan\ If you missed all of the beginning details of this project and how I’m doing it a BIT differently than the “traditional” December Daily, head over here to read up on my plan… and maybe join me for a few of those classes!

Oh wow, this is going to be beautiful. Can’t wait to see what you do with it all!
So pretty. I love all that you have saved. I have the best of intentions to finish mine this year, too, with all that I have gathered. You will have some sweet vintage papers to go with it any time now. Let me know when you get them!
It looks like you got a great stash of stuff to work with there! I have almost finished setting up all my foundation pages for my December daily 🙂
I love this look at your supplies!
I’m not buying anything special for my December Daily mini either, I just have a ton of Christmas supplies already and am using anything from my “Christmas box”. 🙂
