The Reset Challenge

January is a time for fresh starts, new eyes, recalibration.

A “reset” if you will. 

Join me this January for a RESET project.

So what is the RESET challenge?

It’s an Instagram photo challenge.

It’s a Facebook group for accountability.

It’s a creativity challenge (complete with a kit!)

It’s whatever you would like it to be.

Throughout the month, the primary goal is to encourage journaling, reflection, and creativity. 

We’ll go over what is working and what is not, give you reminders to just start and mini-celebrations when you’ve finished. We’ll reiterate goals and give you the easy check-off pages to establish those new habits.  In addition to the Instagram challenge, it can also be a scrapbooking/art journaling/journaling challenge.  Use the kit or the printables if you need extra guidance and inspiration.  (Check out Amy’s project from last year if you would like more inspiration!) Join the newsletter list for additional thoughts and perspective on the prompts, a closer look at how I’m documenting the prompts, as well as a few others as well!
