Layout | Let the Sunshine In

One of my favorite “challenges” I get to participate in on Traci Reed Design’s team is getting to “mix it up” with two different collections. For this challenge, we’re matching up two bright and sunny collections: Brighter Days and Flower Child.

For my pocket page, I wanted to document my son’s recent “swim banquet” so I used a lot of the light blue pages — both kits had a ton!  Flower Child even had one that looked like bubbles, so I added that to my background.  I loved the encouraging “stickers” from Flower Child, so I made sure to put those on the page celebrating my son!  (And of course, I had to add rainbows and hearts from both kits for pops of color! I loved that “sunshine” was a running theme, because I call him my sunshine!)
