The journaling says…   “I don’t know how watching you grow up can both the best thing ever, and the worst thing ever. Delightful and terrible. I love watching you grow into your own person and have your own ideas (and finally sleeping a little better), but I also mourn the baby boy I don’t have any more. I can’t even sort through the clothes you’ve outgrown– that role rests firmly with Dad, because I always cry more than do anything productive.”
